eSTBTR (eSBTR)
Electronic Secure Bank Treasury Receipt facilitation in Maharashtra and other applicable states.
What it is
Understanding eSTBTR (eSBTR)
eSBTR, the Electronic Secure Bank Treasury Receipt, is a bank-generated receipt evidencing payment of stamp duty into the state treasury, used in Maharashtra and other states where the facility is available. It is generated through an authorised bank, which means the process depends on banking coordination rather than on a stationery supply chain.
We handle that coordination end to end: raising the payment, obtaining the receipt, and returning it against your document reference, so your team is not managing a bank relationship purely to stamp a contract.
