e-Signing (Aadhaar eSign / DSC)

Digital document execution through Aadhaar eSign and DSC-enabled secure workflows.

What it is

Understanding e-Signing (Aadhaar eSign / DSC)

Electronic signatures under the Information Technology Act come in two practical forms. Aadhaar eSign authenticates the signatory through their Aadhaar identity at the moment of signing, which suits high-volume, remote, consumer-facing execution. A Digital Signature Certificate is issued to a named individual and held on a token, which suits authorised signatories signing on behalf of a company.

Most enterprises need both, alongside physical stamping for the instruments that still require it. We run them as one workflow with one point of contact, so a document that needs an e-stamp and an eSign does not become two vendors and two reconciliations.

How we deliver

From requirement to billing

The same six stages on every instrument, with a record at each one.

  1. 01

    Requirement

You share the instrument, the state and the denomination, by email or through your relationship manager.

  2. 02

    Validation

We confirm which mechanism that state accepts for that document, and flag anything that will not execute as drafted.

  3. 03

    Procurement

Stamp papers, franking, e-stamping, eSBTR or adhesive stamps sourced through our vendor network in that state.

  4. 04

    Execution

Instruments are executed and checked against the order before anything leaves the vendor.

  5. 05

    Delivery

Dispatched to the location you nominate, tracked against your order reference throughout.

  6. 06

    Billing

One consolidated GST invoice across every state and every mechanism, however many orders it covers.

State regulations note Service availability depends on each state's applicable regulations and stamping mechanisms, and we cover more states on request. Applicability and availability of e-Signing (Aadhaar eSign / DSC) are determined by the stamp duty regulations of the state in which the document is executed.
